I was very disappointed with this product. I really loved the bracelet, but as soon as i put it on the 2 silver balls that dangle fell off & later in the day the bracelet broke. Its not sturdy at all. And i threw my receipt away so i couldnt even return it. A total loss of my money.

Before I ordered this armoire, I saw some negative feedback regarding the packaging, but I decided to go ahead and place my order. My armoire arrived today, and the packaging was excellent and the piece was whole and secure. The assembly was very simple, and the piece is in place in my room. This is an excellent product, and my husband and I are both thrilled with it. The drawers are all felt-lined, some with sections and two which are not sectioned off which are great for folders in which I keep some special pieces. The drawers also remove easily to take to my dressing table. Thank you, Amazon, for this product and for your very prompt shipment and delivery.

This item was received damaged. The left door was damaged and arrived detached from the armoire, the magnet housing was broken and there was NO hardware for the mirror assembly. A call to Powell Furniture resulted in a promise to ship a new door, a new magnet housing and the hardware to attach the mirror. As of yet, I have received NOTHING! This item was not CHEAP! This is really lousy customer service! I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Amazon, let alone Powell Furniture Company. Now I have to make more phone calls to try get the parts or ship this back!!

If this product had been made well, it would be absolutely gorgeous. However, once I received the item, the faces of several doors and rungs had fallen off during shipping--the glue failed. This revealed the particle board construction underneath. I did expect a strudy construction, but not with particle board! Also, the bottom right joint pulled apart from the bottom during shipping, too. It really makes me wonder if this item arrived in good condition, how long it would have taken for the base to come loose if I had to move it (to clean or even move to another house). Additionally, I consider this an expensive piece. I expected way more out of Powell than what I received.

I ordered it in Antique White.....which it is far from White. It is more of a gold/green. One of the drawers arrived broken, and so I just asked for a replacement drawer rather then send the whole thing back. The replacement drawer arrived but it is much darker so perhaps I got a drawer from the other color they offer this in (green tint) So we are still working out getting good replacement parts in. But the vendor seems happy to work with us on this, which is good. I just want to get a replacement piece, in good condition and the right color.

Bigger than I expected. Not green tinted but more yellow mustard colored. I had read the reviews before and that was the color I had wanted (yellow mustard) It is really pretty and will hold a lot! The screws were a little hard to find, they are taped to one of the pieces of stryofoam so be sure and check that before throwing out the box.

The armoire is beautiful! Excellent material, very heavy, perfect solid wood and the drawers are huge. It is bigger then I thought...but perfect. The only thing was that I was expecting a green antique and like someone else wrote before me, it is mustard yellow. The color is not like the picture and ALL of the drawers came damaged. Someone that works there without noticing, had his hand full of glue and thouched the drawers leaving his fingerprints on it.This is sad, because the piece is very pretty. I just contacted the seller and now I'm expecting his answer. I'm hoping to get new drawers without having to send this whole piece back...

I, like most of you, carefully examined the reviews on this product and, after reading many, I made the purchase here on Amazon. The item arrived exactly when stated and the box was in very good shape. I opened the box and the armoire is nicely covered with styrofoam all over and some wrapping material. I carefully cut the box and looked at the front of the jewelry armoire and was shocked. Both upper joints above the top drawer were broken. Upon careful examination these were broken due to the design and construction techniques, not the shipping. It was one dowel and a staple holding the front edge to the sides. No wonder the joints came apart. What was also disappointing is someone had knowingly tried to fix the left joint using a wood filler and done a poor job. In addition, the bottom legs were scraped and a junk missing. The unit did not stand level on our wood floors and the side doors were warped - one inward and one outward. One of the side door magnetic closers was also broken. I was frustrated, but I am a DIY, so I took the unit apart and fixed it myself (correctly). I removed the plastic pieces on the legs and replaced them with bigger felt pads, so it stands level now. Now, my wife loves it. I would not recommend this to others, as it is a design issue and I cannot see how this will not be present in many of the delivered units. I do not believe that the side wood doors are hard wood either. This unit is not worth over $200.00. It is roomy and nice, but the design is flawed.

I purchased this jewelry armoire as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the first unit was damaged in shipping. I then sent it back for a replacement. The second unit had some major production flaws that made it unacceptable. We finally received one that was not damaged and had no flaws. My wife loves the unit. It was a bit complicated to assemble but not horrible. The problems with the first two units caused me headaches due to the repackaging and reshipping requirements. However, the vendor paid all of the shipping costs and were very easy to work with. Again, it is a very nice unit, but beware of shipping and quality control issues.

I love this. Much larger than any armoires available in local stores. Felt lined drawers. Lots of cubbies in several of the drawers. Arrived much sooner than anticipated. Packaging was wonderful, layer upon layer of protection.

the saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply here. i paid over $300 for this and the craftsmanship is horrendous. nearly every screw on the backside was installed crooked. the unit does not sit level. the space above the side doors is clearly different on each side. only one screw was used to secure the finger handle on one of the side doors so it swiveled...the other sign was fine. to top it off, when the unit arrived, the base that the legs attach to was detached...the dowel pins were sheered in half. i don't understand how someone can stay in business selling something of such poor quality.

It broke before I could get it out of the box. I did manage to fix it, but the wood that holds the drawers in place came loose before it was put together also. I had to reglue them. It is very pretty though.

Nice armoire for the price. The finish could be a little neater, there were some drip edges at the bottom, but not noticeable unless you are looking for it. The drawers don't slide as nicely as they should. It was shipped well packed, and unpacked without any problems. Love the style and design. Only wish that one drawer was dedicated to rings rather than the small top section. All in all, decent for the price.
