perfect!

relatively easy to put together, though you will need a phillips head screwdriver that does not come included.All you have to do is put the legs &shelf together, and attach to the unit, and screw on the top. The instructions say you need 10 dowels, but there are no dowels included, and they are also not needed. Plenty of space to put my relatively large costume and some semi-precious jewelry collection. Great quality for the price

Poor quality for the price...Worth maybe $35.00

This piece features a lovely design however, fit and finish were on par with something that is less than half the $130 price paid for this armoire.
I took extra precautions to make sure that I would not scratch or nick any surface while assembling. I left the cellophane wrapping and styrofoam in place while attaching the legs, base and top cover. Once complete, I removed all the protective plastic covering only to reveal several deep scratches, nicks, and one of the necklace doors was misaligned severely.
In addition, the instructions were rather confusing despite the nearly complete state of assembly this piece arrives in. They urge you to do an inventory of all pieces before unpacking everything (good advice normally). I went crazy looking for 10 dowel rods that I found out were already installed after unpacking everything.
Overall, I LOVE the design of this piece. Unfortunately, I think it's priced $100 too high.

Beautiful, sturdy piece

I really wanted a jewelry armoire so I could get my jewelry out of its cramped drawer and much better organized. I had found some I liked enough, but when I saw a half-moon-shaped armoire, that was it. However, it was initially so much more expensive than all the others I'd found, and being a stay-at-home-mom I was hesitant to spend for it. Then I happened to look at it again one day on Amazon, and it was on crazy sale. I had to snatch it up! The piece is absolutely beautiful and looks great with my bedroom furniture. Compared to other armoires I've seen at stores, this one seems much sturdier, as the proportions of height and width are much closer. I found I filled the armoire almost to capacity pretty quickly, though I probably would've done the same with any other armoire. The side panels for necklaces are also great because there's a little room at the bottom you can use to store a few more boxes. There are five good-sized drawers (the top one in the picture is a dummy front for the top-open ring/small items storage), so you can fit many sizes of jewelry boxes or lay something flat and still have lots of room. Overall, I'm so happy I could finally justify the price of this lovely piece.
